The solution comprises SAP Customer Checkout manager, cloud edition, which is a centralised platform for seamless POS operations, and SAP Customer Checkout POS, cloud edition, which enhances in-store sales and transaction efficiency. These components ensure integrated POS functionalities and smooth system management.

The cloud edition of SAP Customer Checkout supports the legal requirements in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland, and France. The cloud edition can also run in the United States, supporting local tax calculation and offering Avalara integration. However, business cases are unique. It is the responsibility of SAP partners and customers to provide necessary adaptations on a project basis. The cloud edition can be sold in non-localised countries, but SAP partners are responsible for localising the solution. Also, please note we operate in one data centre located in Europe.

The UI of the cloud edition of SAP Customer Checkout (POS system and manager component) is available in the following languages: Arabic (limited support), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hebrew (limited support), Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Simplified Chinese, Slovakian, Spanish, and Swedish.
