knowledge network, an ecosystem of external
content providers that brings broader business
data context, the latest HR research, and relevant
HR best practices into Joule. With this release, HR
leaders can access G-P Gia, an HR agent
developed by G-P, directly within Joule, for
expert guidance on global employment topics.
Enabling SuccessFactors AI features is now
simpler. Users can activate AI capabilities
through the AI Services Administration page or
directly in the SAP Central Business Configuration
tool via the SAP for Me portal, providing flexibility
across the SAP landscape. This enhancement
simplifies AI adoption and allows organizations to
quickly use the latest AI innovations to optimize
HCM processes and experiences.

Drive as a document grounding data source.
Customers can connect and contextualize
