SAP Customer Experience regularly provides a bridge letter for the SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Commerce Cloud SOC 2 report. Bridge letters are intended to cover the gap between the end date of the referenced report and the issue date of the bridge letter. This bridge letter package covers the period April 1st, 2025, to October 31st, 2025.
