Rabobank, a Dutch sustainability-oriented banking and financial service firm leading in food and agriculture, partnered with SAP to provide outstanding employee and customer experiences using chatbots during the pandemic. Rabobank implemented SAP Conversational AI services to connect powerful chatbots with existing systems. “Billy” collected the company’s internal data, and responded to its standard invoice inquiries. “Billy” also improved the response time by creating an always-on environment, able to respond 24/7, affecting a lighter workload for the service team during the COVID-19 pandemic.
