A rich mix of gender perspectives helps drive our innovation and enables us to better serve customers. SAP is committed to having 25% women in leadership by the end of 2017, and has created numerous initiatives to reach that goal. Our award-winning Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) for women is one of the most unique and innovative leadership development programs in the industry. The Women’s Professional Growth Webcast Series reaches thousands of colleagues and customers (women and men) each year, and our male advocacy program enables genders to collaborate more effectively.

EDGE Certification

SAP is the first multi-national technology company to be awarded the Economic Dividends for Gender Equality (EDGE) certificate for our global commitment to workplace gender equality. 

We aim to lead the tech industry in opportunities for women, and support STEM-related initiatives such as Girls Who Code, Girl Smarts, TechGirlz, the European Center for Women and Technology, and many others.

SAP Business Women’s Network

With more than 10,000 members and 60 chapters globally, the SAP Business Women’s Network (BWN) is SAP's largest employee-driven network. It helps women advance their careers by building strong relationships, sharing professional insights, developing skills, and seizing career-advancing opportunities. Its ambition is to increase the visibility of female leaders at SAP, showcase business impact, help achieve SAP’s sustainability goals, and drive SAP’s success.
