A new study by the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) and SAP introduces a maturity model for skill development in Digital Transformation that can help companies to both assess their current state and define additional activities to support this journey. This is the foundation for a company to define the learning architecture by looking at four dimensions:

  • Absorptive capacity
  • Learning measurement
