  • Includes:

    • All relevant SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration documentation and a Q&A session with the customer and its implementation partner.

    • Functional exploration of technical architecture relevant to SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration.

    • Run sessions and provide documentation related to the SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration implementation assessment covering:

      • Functional scope assessment
      • Visibility provider integration assessment
      • User roles and authorization assessment

    • Provide SAP customer-specific recommendations related to SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration implementation based on SAP leading practices.

    • Through a series of leading questions, help the Customer and partner assess if they have followed SAP recommendations to implement SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration.

    • Provide a production cutover plan SAP leading practices for SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration.

    • Attend over six (6) consecutive months a biweekly 0.5-hour meeting with the Customer and its partner to answer questions (e.g., a maximum of 12 meetings).

  • Prerequisites:

    • SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration, latest available version

    • SAP Business Technology Platform, latest available version

    • One (1) of the customer back-end systems listed below:

      • SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition or SAP S/4HANA (on premises) 1909 or above
      • SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) 9.3 or above
      • SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC) 6.0 or above

    • Cloud service is provisioned and set up/fully functional
