Consistency of Information
Vendors submit forms with errors or incomplete information. Certain fields in the vendor form (Excel file) were incomprehensible and irrelevant to some vendors. Vendor Data Management offers easy help and instructions to fill the form based information.
Track the Approval Status
There is no mechanism to track the approval status of a vendor request once it is submitted. Vendor Data Management provides approval tracking tool to check where the workflow is pending.
