In a single screen project managers or supervisors are able to record project and HR time for their entire team for one week. With the app you can copy time entries from last week or enter time using a wizard, and also add additional team members to a project.

You have in one overview the complete time registration for your team on a specific project and other projects. Also HR time is shown and can be changed.
Eliminate human error
Using the wizard allows the project manager or supervisor to quickly record time for multiple resources in one click. The app automatically validaties project, resource and time data.

Features
Record actual and billable time
For the team members time can be recorded as actual and billable with start and end time if required. Furthermore a work description can be added. The time sheet shows a complete week with the possibility to hide/show weekend days.
Using a wizard to record time for multiple people
With the help of a wizard the user is able to record time for multiple employees for multiple days at once. This includes work description, billable duration and actual duration. The wizard allows for filtering on tasks and selecting employees and work days.
Add Employees to a project on the fly
Employees that are not yet planned on the project can be added on the fly during the time recording process. The appropriate tasks and services are suggested.
Copy last weeks time recordings to current week
Recorded time from last week can be copied for individual employees. After the entries from last week are copied it is still possible to make adjustments to the time entries.
Record HR-related time
For each employee HR-related time can be recorded such as sick leave, dentist visit or any other time type configured in SAP Business ByDesign. These HR-related times are based upon the country of the employee.
