Install and Integrate Easily
Installed by the Questionmark team, Proctoring Record and Review can be easily integrated with the SAP Assessment Management System for exam delivery. Remotely proctored exams are widely used in universities, colleges and workplaces.
Provide Fully Automated And Unbiased Proctoring
The automated system observes and records the exam session on video, for potential review later. The system flags potential anomalies, such as a second person on screen. The system also creates an overall suspicion level percentage for the entire exam session.
Ensure Test-Taker Privacy And Data Security
Keeping test-takers' data secure is a top priority at Questionmark. Our proctoring solution appropriately implements Zero-Knowledge Encryption, and the video and audio recordings are stored in geographical regions based on the institution in accordance with local privacy and security laws.

Features
Record video, audio and screen share during exam
Proctoring Record and Review records a participant's webcam video, microphone, desktop/screen, and web traffic during assessment delivery. This makes it harder for a test-taker to cheat or to copy the exam questions to pass onto others.
Actively lock down the exam environment
Lock down functionality includes the ability to force full-screen delivery, prevent printing, disable the clipboard, disable right-click, prevent re-entry, disable new tabs, require that any other open tabs be closed and require single screen (prevents use of multiple monitors during an exam).
Detect and flag abnormal behavior
Video is analyzed to detect participants' eye and head movements and identify when multiple faces are present. Ambient noise levels can be analyzed to flag potential unauthorized help from others. Ambient noise levels can be monitored throughout the exam to detect any changes.
