The following electronic documents can be issued with the solution: sales invoice, credit memo, purchase settlements, withholding tax receipts, petty cash settlement.
Create legal electronic documents directly based on the SAP backend data
Real-time reporting with no reconciliation avoiding inconsistent data. Once the document is posted, the edocument iis automatically created in the monitor and you can send to the tax authority. Also the answer from the autority is integrated in the monitor.
Use the same standard SAP monitor to track the statuses of electronic documents
The different steps and statuses that the document goes through after submission can be tracked and monitored on the eDocument Cockpit. You can see the different colours according to the status and help you to know the situation.

Minimize costs of implementation
The solution is based in the standard eDocument Framework by SAP. It is easy to adapt this funcionality, because the majority part of the customizing is already in the system. Minimize time, effort and money.
Use the standard monitor for checking the electronic edocuments
For the edocuments created you can display and navigate to the original document. Also you can use the standard options for display the file we send or the answer from the tax authorities. If the document is rejected you can correct and change the status to resubmit.
Form adapted with the SRI answer
The authorization number and the QR code are required to appear in the diferent forms. Otherwise the document is not valid. The system integrates the answer from the SRI with this information.
