This practitioner-focused webinar helps customers move from AI ideas to well-designed, implementable AI use cases on SAP BTP, using the BestRun model company as a consistent business context. The session introduces a set of representative personas and, for each persona, walks through a concrete business use case and the corresponding AI-driven solution design.
