Processing over 8 million food-delivery orders in a single month, Woowa Brothers’ Baedal Minjok (Delivery Nation) service is taking the food-delivery sector by storm. In order to continue to manage operations while being able to scale, the company needed to standardize systems, processes, and information across the business.
Since working with LG CNS to deploy SAP S/4HANA, Woowa Brothers has processed nearly 6.3 million transactions automatically, allowing food deliveries to reach consumers more quickly and safely, while authorizing payments in less time. Restaurant owners are receiving funds with zero errors and daily-balance closure systems are providing real-time visibility into cash balances.
