The team leads organizational research for SAP SuccessFactors to identify emerging trends in the future of work and HR. Through an original research agenda, they generate valuable insights that guide human capital management strategies, practices, and technology recommendations. Using a diverse array of research methodologies, the team delves into organizational dynamics, trends, priorities, problems, and needs across a diverse set of personas.
