Wipro's Tenant Self Service Management ( TSM ) a simple and feature rich online Portal where tenants are enabled securely to manage their account using the Contract Cockpit, Service Request Cockpit and Lead to Lease Cockpit on either laptop or Tablet or Mobile.

Manage Contract using TSM Contract Cockpit
Enable tenants to view their contract details, invoices, check for next payment dues, pay rent, view alerts & communications from their leasing company
Raise, Monitor and Pay for Service Requests
Tenants can avail services by submitting requests via the portal. Also monitor their service requests to track it’s progress. Once the job/request is completed, they can make payment from portal.
Receive and Manage Notifications
Solution provides the ability for tenant to receive and manage notifications in the portal by integrating with CRM and RE-FX system giving updates on any changes.
Enable scalable and simple document sharing and collaboration
Upload and Download files for different functions e.g images for service ticket, Personal Identity Documents, Invoices etc that would help support quicker resolution totally paperless.
