Travel tips and information
For U.S. travelers:
Starting May 7, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will require U.S. travelers to have either a valid passport or REAL ID to board domestic flights.
For non-U.S. travelers:
Passport
Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and has at least six months of validity remaining after your intended return date.
Travel visa
Ensure you have the necessary visa or meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program if applicable.

Venue, hotel, and transportation information
Orange County Convention Center
The conference takes place at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), North and South Concourse, in Orlando.

Sunday, May 18: 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Monday May 19: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
OCCC at South Concourse, Level 2
Monday May 19: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 20: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 21: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Hotel booking
We have requested special discounted hotel room rates at a variety of hotels. You must be a registered attendee before you can make a hotel reservation at one of these properties. You can review the Housing Policy within the Terms and Conditions for more information about booking and cancellation details.
Transportation between official hotels and OCCC
Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the OCCC and all official conference hotels, except those within walking distance to the conference center.
Parking
Conference registration for the event is on the south side of the building, so using the south parking area at the OCCC is recommended.
Parking at the OCCC is first-come, first-served, including disabled parking.
The parking fee is $20.00 plus tax for standard vehicles and $40.00 plus tax for oversized vehicles.
Special assistance
Many buses on the shuttle route are equipped with lifts and meet the needs of individuals with limited mobility. For information, send us an email or go to the transportation booth located outside the North and South concourse.

To get an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have registered and paid, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email in PDF format. If you’re already registered, you can re-access your registration, complete the visa information section, and request your letter.
