At SAP, we know returning to work after a break may not be easy, so we want to partner with you on this journey back and make it as successful and enjoyable for you as possible.

As a SAP initiative in Asia Pacific and Japan, Back-to-Work aims to support professional women who are looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. The program offers project-based assignments complementing skills and experience, as well as practical assistance and opportunities to grow to women who are keen to be a part of SAP.

Application Process

 Prerequisites:

  • You are not currently working
  • You have had a career break of a minimum of 2 years
  • You have at least 3 years of professional work experience prior to your career break

Review & Interview

Our hiring managers will review your application. If there’s a match the hiring manager will call you and invite you for an interview in our office location.

Job offer and Onboarding

If you received an offer, congrats! Welcome at SAP. Your recruiter will work with you on all the details. Our onboarding programs will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and tools you need to get up-to-speed quickly.
