Our add-on supports this by enabling seamless use of SAP standard MILL_OC functionality within SAP Digital Manufacturing.
Enhance the tracking and tracing of defects and enable proper waste management
The add-on for roll-based production enables precise defect tracking across multiple production steps and ensures efficient handling of waste or leftover material. It supports detailed defect localization, tracking through unwind/rewind processes, and automatic recalculation of the defect position.
Integrate a tailored cutting optimizer to reduce waste and leftovers
The customer-specific integration of a cutting optimizer helps determine the required raw material and minimizes waste and leftovers before cutting. It ensures full traceability across the production chain and supports accurate stock visibility and efficient material tracking.
