Ensure compliance with current and upcoming e-Invoicing and e-Reporting mandates in more than 60 countries, e.g., Plateforme Agréée in France, KSeF in Poland, or ZATCA in Saudi Arabia. The platform covers B2B, B2G, and B2C flows required in a certain country.
Integrate seamlessly with government platforms and other systems
Eliminate limitations in the types of systems you can connect to, using our "any-to-any" integration approach. The platform allows you to integrate SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP with governmental platforms, business networks (e.g., PEPPOL), and other systems, such as AP/AR automation tools or middleware.
Convert invoices more efficiently, saving time and money
Optimize your business processes with always-compliant documents. Using advanced mapping, documents in IDOC format can be mapped to XML, EDIFACT, CSV flat files, and other formats. Mapping can cover different standards, for example (e.g.,) UBL, Zugferd, X-Rechnung, KSeF XML, and FatturaPA.
Validate electronic documents against legal and business rules
Handle errors and missing information in documents quickly. Documents exchanged with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP are automatically validated and can be configured according to different rules, both legal and business-related, to address the specific needs of your company.
Automate inbound and outbound document workflows
Automate the exchange between multiple internal instances of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP to save your teams' time. Using advanced routing, documents can be sent to the proper system based on automated rules or manual action if needed. The content of documents can also be enriched based on master data, other documents, or manual input.

Get access to archived electronic invoices via the web application
The platform enables the archiving of invoices and other documents in accordance with the legal requirements of a specific country. Documents are securely stored on the platform, and they are available at any time via the web application.
Configure customizable notifications on processed documents
Save time and effort by setting notifications for critical events like processing errors, allowing you to stay informed without manual checks. You can define the exact scope of documents that trigger a notification, ensuring you only receive alerts that matter.
