Automatically process incoming quality certificate documents.

Overview

Quality technicians can automatically process incoming quality certificate documents. After uploading a quality certificate document using SAP Document AI, the system extracts its data and identifies any corresponding objects available in the system. If possible, it updates the relevant certificate receipt with the certificate document or creates a new certificate receipt. If not, technicians can review the extracted data and manually complete the matching process. This automation allows quality technicians to handle certificates more efficiently and helps ensure that nothing is lost or overlooked. To activate this feature, you will require to configure SAP Document AI, embedded edition and SAP Document AI workspace. Please note that the pricing details of both features may apply.
