Make your export declarations easily
Since 1 July 2009, export declarations have to be submitted to the customs authorities in electronic form. This task poses a major challenge for companies, since communication with the customs authorities may only take place via officially certified systems.
Send export declarations in electronic form directly to customs
This add-on offers exporting companies the easy option of transferring export declarations in electronic form directly to the customs authorities from SAP Business ByDesign, using the existing data for logging in and is integrated as a feeder system and completely automated.
Complete export forms using templates
Relevant data from deliveries or invoices can be transferred directly into the export declaration and can also be completed via templates. This reduces your effort considerably. The communication with the customs authority in the form of EDIFACT messages takes place in the data center of BEX.
