The solution provides early-stage and guided root cause analysis and identification of deviations from defined baseline on daily basis. This enables engineering teams to identify and implement improvement measures and improve overall energy consumption.

Benefit from an AI-enabled analysis and continuous improvement of energy, waste, and emissions on your shopfloor. By using algorithm-based reference values, the engineering team will be able to set target limits and track energy consumption against these targets to measure goal fulfillment.
Improve energy consumption visibility
Get insights from your data in regard to energy consumed on different levels. Tracking actual resource consumption brings visibility to operations about how much energy is being used for production.

Monitor adherence of energy consumption
The overview dashboard provides real-time monitoring of energy consumption for a selected product. The dashboard is also monitoring delta percentage values, which predict the amount of energy utilization for a dedicated product.
Track energy usage based on selected detail level
User can access data insights into energy consumption based on location, meter categories, and number of products manufactured, which can be in tons or batch counts per shifts hourly daily, weekly, and monthly. This data can also be exported in CSV format.
Identify outliers of energy consumption during production
Based on statistical algorithms and long-term data, outliers of energy consumption and areas for improvement can be identified. Using these reference values, the engineering team will be able to set target limits.
