SAP Certification for Outsourcing Partners

SAP offers a certification program for partners that manage customer environments in the cloud or on premise. These certifications help SAP customers identify best-in-class service providers to meet their requirements for quality, scope, and geography. 
 
The certification process for SAP outsourcing operations partners includes:
  • Formal application for certification
  • Preparation for an on-site audit by the partner with assistance from an SAP auditor
  • On-site audit at the partner location, followed by an SAP audit report
After a successful audit session, SAP issues a certificate to the partner and grants permission to use the appropriate certification logo for two years. A recertification audit is mandatory every two years.
