Travel tips and information
For U.S. travelers:
Starting May 7, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will require U.S. travelers to have either a valid passport or REAL ID to board domestic flights.
For non-U.S. travelers:
Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and has at least six months of validity remaining after your intended return date.
Travel visa: Ensure you have the necessary visa or meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program if applicable.

Las Vegas Convention Center
New this year
Serves as the primary venue for keynote, show floor, theaters, breakouts, and meetings in one place across three floors.
Fontainebleau
Will host activities that complement the main experience, such as pre-conference and special interest activities.
Resorts World
Also hosts activities that enhance the overall experience, including the Partner Summit and an unforgettable Celebration Night.
Hotel booking
We have requested special discounted hotel room rates at both hotels venues. You must be a registered attendee before you can make a hotel reservation at one of these properties. Review the housing policy within the Terms and Conditions for more information about booking and cancellations.
Transportation between Las Vegas Convention Center, Fontainebleau and Resorts World
Complimentary shuttle service will be available between the Las Vegas Convention Center, Fontainebleau, and Resorts World throughout the event. For guests who prefer to walk, the Fontainebleau is approximately a 5-minute walk to the Las Vegas Convention Center, while Resorts World is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Parking
Parking at the Fontainebleau and Resorts World is first-come, first-served, included disabled parking. More details on special parking rates to come.

International attendee
To get an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have registered and paid, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email in PDF format. If you’re already registered, you can re-access your registration, complete the visa information section, and request your letter.
