Travel software development
In Prague, there are software development teams working on and developing our industry-leading, cloud-based, software-as-a-service travel products used by millions of people around the globe. The team works with the latest cloud and development technologies to modernize, innovate, and bring new features and business value to our customers. It cooperates with other teams spread across the world in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, and others.
The Prague mobile team is part of a broader global mobile R&D team and builds everything related to the SAP Concur mobile app. Areas of focus range from services to user interface development, with our employees working on everything around expense capture on mobile devices, or a new user interface for requests being made in the SAP Concur mobile app. Other examples include building services to support the SAP Concur mobile app, such as notifications, authentication, deprecation, and smart approvals.
Global service delivery
Our global service delivery team deploys SAP Concur products and services to new and existing clients, and closely collaborates with implementation partners. Our team members – implementation project managers, technical consultants, coordinators, and consultants – all get involved at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
The quality engineering team is mainly responsible for test automation and supportive tools for test automation. The team proactively identifies new automation tools, processes, and approaches to create, maintain, and improve automated test suites across the SAP Concur portfolio. It also delivers solutions to complex test automation problems such as strategy, approach, design, and implementation to further improve our product performance.
The runtime reliability team is accountable for the overall stability and quality of service of SAP Concur solutions. Its success is measured in keeping mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to restore (MTTR) incidents and overall customer impact minutes within the parameters deemed acceptable by the business.
Support for travel and spend
With nearly 100 collaborators, the Prague support team contributes to our customers' success. This team is made up of a majority of engineers who support clients across the EMEA region. Our customers can reach the support team through the support portal, chat, or phone according to their contract type. They can also count on robust self-service channels and access to SAP Concur resources through the support portal.
SAP Internship Experience Project
SAP Internship Experience Project is a global internship program with more than four years of successful history in the Prague office. Within this program, we hire for HR services, SAP Concur, and SAP Ariba, and offer opportunities within HR, software development, IT management, Informatics, and more. It is a standardized, paid internship that lasts six months, 20 hours each week, with a flexible working schedule. Successful interns can prolong their contracts or look for full-time opportunities.
