Allow employees to record their work time simply, quickly, and at a location-based terminal. Time entries are immediately forwarded to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and temporarily stored only in the event of network issues.

The terminals are preconfigured for use with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and only require a time card number along with minimal personnel data from SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Modern terminals meet the requirement to communicate with SAP SuccessFactors via HTTPS without additional software. Customers only need a power supply and a network connection on site. Our solution simply translates between formats and buffers bookings as needed.

Production employees or external workers often do not have access to SAP SuccessFactors at their workplace. In this case, a stationary terminal is the ideal solution.

Have your employees record their times according to the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking clock in and clock out groups. This allows you to control in SAP SuccessFactors whether the employee is allowed to record breaks, example given.

Suitable RFID media are an important component of most time recording projects. Whether in the form of key fobs, cards, stickers, or other designs, Datafox supports all common RFID standards like Legic and Mifare, as well as fingerprint.

Prevent data loss when terminal is offline

If the terminal is offline due to network problems, the bookings are temporarily stored on the terminals, possibly for several days or weeks. If we cannot reach your SAP SuccessFactors system, the middleware buffers the bookings.

View time entries immediately in SAP SuccessFactors Time Sheet

Time entries are uploaded immediately from the terminal to SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and displayed in the time sheet. If SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking can generate a time pair from this, the time balances are recalculated immediately.
