Enhance dunning strategy selection: Introducing sector-based invoice segregation
In the existing standard functionality users can select a predefined dunning strategy. However, the current functionality in SAP Business ByDesign does not allow for additional checks to be incorporated. Therefore, this solution provides customers with a new WorkCentre. Here, they can segregate customer invoices based on the type of public sector, enabling more refined management and processing of dunning activities.

Implement tailored invoice document segregation for public sector entities
Solution facilitates the segregation of customer invoice documents based on the type of public sector. Presently, there exist three distinct types: Public, Private, and Administrative. For each type, it is feasible to configure unique dunning strategies and employ different forms for communication purposes. This tailored approach enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of invoice management processes within varying sectors of the public domain.
Implement integrated custom dunning process for public sector entities
Solution seamlessly integrates with the standard dunning strategy framework. During the standard dunning run, our system generates custom dunnings in parallel. Each standard dunning can be subdivided into three distinct custom dunnings corresponding to the public sector types. Upon the release of all three custom dunnings, the standard dunning is automatically triggered for release as well, ensuring a synchronized and efficient dunning process.
Integrate seamlessly and localize for the Netherlands public sector package
This solution is part of the Netherlands public sector package, thereby ensuring complete translation into the Dutch language. In the event of any postings, the standard fund and function fields are comprehensively considered throughout the entire process, seamlessly adapted to accommodate postings with the public sector option.

Our solution introduces a comprehensive new WorkCentre, facilitating the automatic creation of custom dunnings. The operational logic and processes mirror those of standard dunnings, with the key distinction being the automatic segmentation of custom dunnings based on public sector types.
Customize dunning strategies by public sector type
We've added a new WorkCentre for users to set up dunning strategies by public sector type. The interface is similar to the standard screens, ensuring user familiarity. With this custom business object, we can adapt dunning strategy rules and parameters to meet individual customer needs.
Generate dynamic custom dunning forms
Our solution generates a bespoke dunning form, dynamically displaying varied information corresponding to the dunning level, as well as different dunning fees based on the customized dunning strategy. Moreover, the form is available in Dutch to cater to local language preferences.
