Founded over 10 years ago, the SAP R&D center in Gliwice is best known for its work on SAP Commerce Cloud as well as cutting-edge cloud native applications and client-focused support services.

A way to promote and encourage women

At SAP, we prioritize diversity and inclusion. More than 20% of women at SAP Labs Poland hold a leadership position – and we stay committed to increasing the percentage of women in management positions by 1% each year with a target of 30% by year-end 2022. BWN is the largest employee-driven network at SAP. Holidays in the city

First introduction to the IT world

Every summer and winter holiday season, we at SAP Labs Poland organize a week-long set of workshops for young people to introduce them to programming in a fun and creative way.

Where can you meet us?

On-and-off SAP campus

Every semester, we organize lectures and workshops at the Silesian University of Technology (AEiI) as a part of the "Day with the Employer" initiative. In addition, we deliver a series of lectures and workshops at our office. During such events, we focus mainly on practical examples of how to implement and address technical issues.

Hack Your Career

If you are interested in new technologies, programming languages, cloud native solutions, or agile methodologies – join our "Hack Your Career" program. The program is mostly dedicated to students and people who are starting their professional career in IT. It’s aim is to share our knowledge and promote good programming practices.
