In checking out, the tours that were assigned to the driver is downloaded from the SAP system to the mobile application and then the driver will be urged to confirm the quantities in the truck and in case a difference is found, the application handles it with SAP. In checking in, the driver confirms the quantities available in the truck and if some data were not uploaded from the mobile application to SAP ERP in real-time, then it is time to synchronize and upload the non-uploaded data.
