Our Personally Identifiable Information Protection (PIIP) app uses encryption technologies to securely capture PII information from your suppliers. Once approved through agreed workflows, this information is posted / updated directly into your ERP, without it having to be stored in SAP Ariba SLP.

Easy onboarding of suppliers - Integrated with SAP Ariba Supplier Management
Capture Personally Identifiable Information securely via routes familiar to your suppliers. The PIIP app is fully integrated within the existing supplier registration processes with the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module.
Customizable secure questionnaires
Create country specific PIIP questionnaires to easily and securely capture supplier PII and upload attachments. You select the personally identifiable information questions and confirm the ERP field mappings. Examples include bank information, social security number, national insurance number etc.
2-factor user authentication
2-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security for PII. Suppliers complete email/password authentication then verify using SAP Authenticator App*, to gain access to record and update their PII in PIIP. * An add-on for mobile SMS verification can also be added.

Extension of SAP Ariba SLP
PIIP is fully integrated with the SLP supplier registration processes. The SLP supplier registration questionnaire can be configured to update dynamically with links embedded to country specific PIIP questionnaires, making the process seamless and easy to use for the supplier.
Protection with 2 Factor Authentication
Suppliers complete email/password authentication (first factor), then verify using SAP Authenticator App* (second factor), to gain access to record and update their PII in PIIP. * An add-on for mobile SMS verification can also be added.
Capture Personally Identifiable Information
Suppliers enter their PII responses and upload supporting documentation. On submission, the information is encrypted and secured in the PIIP application. Once the SLP process is approved, the supplier’s PII is seamlessly transferred to the Vendor Master in your ERP system, for follow-on activities.
