The system verifies the purchase order with the purchase order ID, e-mail address, and name. The customer can see their purchase detail and selects the product that needs a warranty.
Scan products to create warranties
In the purchase order details, the customer can select the product to create a warranty. The system creates in the background in SAP Service Cloud solution a registered product with a warranty.
Confirm warranty creation via e-mail
The customer receives an e-mail confirmation that their warranty was created for the selected product. The confirmation will also display the warranty ID, which can be used later for any customer support requests.
