Our customers will be empowered to analyze, design, and simulate how the recommended improvements contribute to their process performance, execute certain improvement actions, and ensure that changes are implemented via a structured roll-out. Thus, customers will be able to comprehensively monitor the process value chain to transform their business process landscapes quickly and continuously.

The Business Process Intelligence unit covers many areas of expertise. The roles span across development, solution management and product design, but also include customers facing roles, such as business development.

We are a diverse team with many young talents and “out-of-the-box” thinkers on board. As the growth of the organisation is very dynamic, every new starter participates in a specific Business Process Intelligence onboarding program. Included knowledge transfer sessions offered by peers are the best start to “build bridges instead of silos”. I’m supporting our customers to innovate their business processes in an ever-changing world. As most of the world’s processes run on SAP solutions, this is an integral part of our 'helping the world run better' objective. For me this means that I invest a lot of time talking to customers’ process experts as well as my colleagues in product management, designers, consultants and application experts, data scientists, and developers, to help make this vision a reality.

At Business Process Intelligence we are currently building one of SAP’s newest and hottest products which will help our customers to understand and optimize their processes. I am responsible for operations and customer success. My job is making sure that our customers are happy and that we establish a customer first mindset throughout the organization through the right objectives and key results, tools, methodologies and culture.

BPI is a completely new business unit with people from different geographies, years of work experience, domain expertise – where everyone shares the same values around delivering customer success.
