The solution is integrated in the same cockpit you are using for SII or other eDocument solutions provided by SAP. The users know how to move into. The architecture of the solution is the same that SAP is using for similar solutions.

Customize the solution according your needs. The solution takes the information we have customized in the standard tables you are using for SII standard solution by SAP.
Use a unique interface for the three regional council
Basque Country is composed for three regional councils. With this solution you can communicate each company with its the corresponding regional council, but using the same interface.

Can use internal or external documents
If your billing software is SAP, the eDocument is created automatically when the invoice is posted. But if your billing software is external to SAP you can communicate these invoices by SAP. You can upload the files using the standard transaction and selecting the corresponding message type.
Move into the monitor
For the internal documents created by SAP you can display and navigate to the original document. Also you can use the standard options for display the file we send or the answer from the tax authorities.
Monitor the different statuses
The eDocument can have status created, accepted or rejected in different colors for a better visualization. Also on the monitor once the eDocument has been accepted you will be able to see the TicketBAI ID and the QR code.
