Saves your company paper
The document archiving for SAP Business One was designed to make paper intensive processes economically and cost-effectively. All your data is processed digitally without the need of any paper.
Archive your e-mails
E-mail archiving is oriented to the post-boxes of each user and to the e-mail addresses of business and contact partners within SAP B1. To these addresses incoming and outgoing e-mails (incl. attachments) will be archived. A status information gives you an overview of archived e-mails.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Our solution has integrated the OCR Engine Omnipage from Kofax Germany, one of the leading companies in this field. This offers the advantage that the archived document is analyzed and thus all the words it contains are available for the search. Find your documents within a few seconds.
