Connect to the duty scheduling system for the import of availability
Solution is connected to the scheduling system via interfaces. The OR services of colleagues from the various professions are automatically imported. The same applies to planned absences stored in the scheduling system (e.g. vacation). This enables long-term, valid planning of resources.

Use a surgeon grid for valid planning suggestions
For realistic planning of the first surgeons, the quality criterion of professional suitability must be met in addition to availability. The surgeon grid lists who may perform which operation in the role of first surgeon based on their specialist experience and qualifications.

Estimate the duration of an operation individually
Solution estimates each operation individually - on the basis of over 100 factors and combinations of factors, all of which have an influence on the duration of the operation. It measures all deviations from the estimate to the actual surgery duration and reflects these to optimize the AI.
