designed to help every student thrive. It also plays a key advisory role in shaping and monitoring educational and administrative policy.
With the education sector in Australia facing unique challenges, from teacher shortages and aging demographics to complex HR management needs, CSPD undertook to
modernise it systems and processes. As its legacy HR systems struggled to keep pace with the evolving needs of a modern, diverse workforce, and growing demands around
compliance and workforce planning, CSPD turned to SAP for a future-ready solution.
