“”"Implementing our new human resources information system at GV Health has not just streamlined ourhiring and onboarding; it's fundamentally reshaped the way we handle our workforce information. Rightfrom the start, our staff showed a keen interest in the system, updating their details and engaging with itsfeatures. This enthusiasm points to the system's user-friendly design and how comfortable many feelusing it. It's also reduced the workload of our HR and payroll teams by turning what used to be manual,paper-driven tasks into smooth, digital operations. Plus, the system's ability to integrate everything intoone platform means our people aren't wasting time flipping between different systems. As we keepadjusting our processes to leverage this new tool fully, the benefits are set to increase, marking a big leapforward in how we manage everything HR-related.“Karen Linford, Chief People Officer, Goulburn Valley Health
