Joule streamlines workflows for both managers and employees by using natural language within the SuccessFactors mobile app, making tasks like policy lookups, approval management, leave requests, and performance feedback faster and more intuitive. The session also showcased how AI delivers personalised assistance, from organising approvals into a “playlist” to providing quick access to leave balances. Joule’s AI writing support enhances performance feedback by offering actionable insights and allowing adjustments in tone and length, while in recruitment, AI-driven candidate matching and interview feedback insights enable more efficient evaluation of talent.
