Program overview

We created SAP Customer Appreciation Network to provide a modern, unified way for customers to engage with SAP, be recognised for their contributions, and access a wide range of advocacy opportunities—like speaking at events, sharing a success story, or providing feedback on SAP innovations.

SAP Customer Appreciation Network gives you more flexibility and transparency. You can choose how and when to participate, see your progress in a members-only portal, and earn rewards for a wider variety of activities—not just reference activities.

Membership and participation

Any SAP customer is welcome to join. Simply register via our online portal by clicking here.

Yes. We encourage you to invite colleagues who also use SAP products to join. There's even a portal activity for doing just that—and it lets you earn points.

Yes. If you move to a new company, you can update your profile to reflect your new role and continue participating.

Yes. Even if your company policy restricts physical rewards, you can still take part in activities, earn recognition, and receive non-monetary benefits, such as digital badges.

Advocacy activities

Activities include speaking at events, providing peer references, sharing testimonials, participating in surveys, writing product reviews, and more. You’ll see personalised opportunities when you log into the portal.

Yes. As a member, you’ll have access to a private community of advocates and opportunities to join exclusive virtual events and innovation sessions.

Rewards and recognition

Rewards across three different membership tiers include discounts on SAP Learning Hub, passes to SAP events, charitable donation opportunities, exclusive experiences, SAP swag, and more.

As you earn points, your points help you climb through three membership tiers: Innovator, Visionary, and Icon.

Yes. When logged into the portal, you’ll see both your current and lifetime points, as well as how many points are needed to reach the next tier.

Points will remain active until January 1, 2027, allowing participants time to build progress and move up through the program tiers. Following the points reset on January 1, 2027, points will reset each calendar year, but your tier status will carry into the following year.

Log into SAP Customer Appreciation Network and click on “My Rewards” to see the benefits available at your current tier, as well as how to unlock the next level.
