Prague Internship Program
In our second year running Concur’s internship program in Prague, we immersed our interns into robust roles. From technical consultants to software engineers, our interns worked on challenging projects and gained lifelong skills from their mentors and hiring managers.
Here are some of the milestones we reached this year:
- Organically grew our internship program by 7% in one year
- Tripled the number of females in technical talent roles
- Converted 60% of total interns into full-time or part-time roles, our highest conversion rate per volume of interns in a region.
In 2016, we made many improvements and upgrades for the Concur internship program. Not only was it the first year SAP iXp’s internship initiative was introduced, but we also moved into a brand new office in Nove Butovice, Prague’s metropolitan business neighborhood.
With that said, our interns were more than pleased to walk into our exquisite building and find their new desks fully equipped, work in picturesque meeting rooms, and hang out in areas that provide room for relaxation and brainstorming activities.
