NextDecade is a greenfield Liquified Natural Gas company building a large plant in Brownsville, Texas. They used SAP Integration Suite to proactively monitor integrations between multiple platforms and notify failures about to happen. They used SAP Build to automate the full delegation of authority, with role-based and rule-based workflows routing contracts to the right approvers. Lastly, they use SAP Business Data Cloud to unify data from SAP, contractor systems, and spreadsheets to enable integrated planning, budgeting, and actuals.
