Build a service ticket classification model using SAP HANA Cloud’s AutoML engine and PAL

This demo shows how SAP HANA Cloud automatically builds and optimizes a text classification model using only service ticket text. Using AutoML, text embeddings, and PAL functions, we train, evaluate, and apply an AI model directly inside the database.
