In fact, with the goal of enabling enhancements in these areas, SHS migrated 16 system lines to RISE with SAP, supported by SAP MaxAttention and SAP Mission Control Center.A key aspect of safeguarding this migration project, according to Constanze Jansen, Head of SAP Mission Control Center MEE, was a decidedly proactive approach because, as she puts it, "the best escalation is the one that never occurs." This approach was executed in close partnership with the SAP MaxAttention team, Yannick Regenauer, the SAP Technical Quality Manager (TQM) for SHS, confirms.
