Introducing Joule in SAP Integrated Product Development

SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD) introduced the integration of Joule, our new generative AI copilot, within our applications. Which includes the "Conversational Search" feature of Joule, making it easier for SAP IPD end-users to access our product documentation on SAP Help Portal. It will provide quick and seamless access to user enablement content summarized in a crisp answer to all questions from the product documentation. This will ultimately save valuable time for our customers by avoiding the need to browse through long search result lists and read into several topics to find the correct information.
