License prerequisites SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central subscription or SAP ERP license is a prerequisite to purchase and implement SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software.

Licensing and purchasing options

SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software includes the following three solutions in a unified suite: Time and Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT), and Advanced Scheduler. The suite is sold as a cloud subscription product on a per user, per year (PUPY) basis.

Suite options include: 

  • Enterprise option (8003956)
    a. User-based subscription for the EmpCenter suite
    b. For companies with 1,001+ users

  • SME option (8003957)
    a. Flat fee-based subscription for the EmpCenter suite for SMEs
    b. 1-1,000 users

  • Additional instance option (8003958)
    a. User-based subscription for each additional instance of the EmpCenter suite
    b. For larger companies that require more than 3 instances or for development, testing, and production purposes 

Prerequisites: An SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central subscription or SAP ERP license is needed to deploy SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software.
