Mobile application to support SAP Intelligent Metering for German Energy Utilities processes
Before parts of a smart meter can be replaced, they must be deparameterised. Since the exact point in time cannot be determined precisely during planning, the application provides a mobile trigger for the field service to start the deparameterisation of a smart meter.

Real-time processing and monitoring
Real-time communication is absolutely essential for processes for the field service. The Information about changes is processed and handled in real time.
High flexibility
Short-term changes are communicated synchronously to the field staff. It is possible to react flexibly to these changes without generating additional efforts that are caused by route changes or the shortage of employees.
No unnecessary processes
The IM4G process only starts when the customer is reached, and work can be done. No unnecessary processes are started in order to ensure a target-oriented process flow.
