Plan alternative sourcing arrangements
Solutions highlights the critical suppliers who are impacted by the risk event and offers un-affected alternative suppliers. Supply chain planners can choose to route the orders to these unaffected suppliers thus minimizing the disruption to operations and customers.
Visibility into affected high value customers
By profiling the customer orders based on customer class and order value, you can identify the impact on critical customer orders and plan alternatives and send necessary communications thus taking customers in confidence.

Text analysis is done on the news feeds to identify the nature of the event and its relevance to customer. An intuitive view of the incident locations, impacted zones and impacted suppliers is provided to aid quick decision making.
Quantifying the impact of the risk
The application provides the aggregated monetary value of the impacted sales order by customer class and also the number of purchase orders with impacted suppliers thus helping you make faster decisions on the mitigation steps you would like to plan.
Supply Source Analysis to aid risk mitigation
After identifying the impacted Suppliers, the application builds the list of critical materials where Purchase Orders are pending. It identifies alternate suppliers that are un-impacted by this event. Also, allows the Persona to switch the Purchase order to the un-impacted suppliers.
