Cathy Smith
Managing Director, SAP Africa

Cathy was appointed Managing Director of SAP Africa in March 2018. She is the first female executive of an emerging markets market unit in SAP’s history, and has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. She started her career in the insurance industry as an application developer. She also spent three years in the UK and held executive roles for European and global markets, specialising in outsourcing services business. She joined Cisco in 2015 as Managing Director and led the sales and digital transformation strategies for sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to her tenure at Cisco, Cathy spent 23 years with IBM, where she held various leadership roles in IT service delivery, HR and sales.

Tracy Bolton
Chief Operating Officer, SAP Africa

Tracy was appointed as COO for SAP Africa in July 2021, having spent nine years at SAP Africa in various roles including head of marketing, head of mid-market and most recently, head of services sales. Tracy has over 25 years’ experience in the ICT industry across various areas such as reseller, distribution and OEM business and having supported all 54 countries across the African continent. Prior to joining SAP, she spent twelve years at Microsoft in senior roles. Tracy is passionate about our planet, going green in all areas of her life, and how technology can help in the area of environmental sustainability.

Sandi De Souza  
Chief Financial Officer, SAP Africa

Sandi completed her articles at Deloitte before joining SAP. She joined SAP in May 2005 in the Finance team and held numerous senior positions in Finance, Sales, and Operations areas, including Head of License Management and Commercial Director for Africa. Sandi also led various transformation initiatives within the finance teams. She was appointed as SAP Africa's Chief Financial Officer in May 2022. Sandi is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and an MBA graduate of Henley Business School.

Genevieve Koolen
Human Resource Director, SAP Africa

Genevieve was appointed HR Director for SAP Africa in 2019. Prior to joining SAP, she was the CHRO of Neotel.  She is first and foremost a business leader experienced in operating across strategic and tactical areas of the business to implement imperatives to drive growth and sustainability. Prior to joining Corporate, Genevieve spent almost 20 years in management consulting honing her skills as a strategic implementer on various projects and initiatives across organisations and industry sectors. She is also an experienced Human Resources Specialist focussed on Human Asset Management, including organisational design and re-structuring, policy design and practical HR administration. Genevieve is an Industrial Psychologist by training.

Tjaart Malan
Cloud Success Services Director, SAP Africa

Tjaart is passionate about solving business problems with SAP technologies and has been involved in conceptualizing, advocating and driving SAP implementations since 1992. He has held a number of positions within SAP Africa, most notably managing strategic services engagements and implementations. As Head of Services, Tjaart is in charge of driving SAP software adoption and ensuring that customers get the most out of their investments. He leads his team with the mindset that the end of the sales cycle is not the end, but rather the beginning of the customer's SAP journey. Tjaart's leadership has focused the Services Team on developing a strong customer-centric ethic.

Cameron Beveridge
Regional Director, SAP Southern Africa

Cameron has been the SAP Regional Director for Southern Africa since January 2019. Cam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in technology. He joined SAP in 2007 and previously led SAP Africa's cloud business, which included Human Capital Management, Spend Management, Enterprise Cloud, ERP, and Cloud Platform. Cameron previously worked in outsourcing, consulting, and sales. He is an engineer by trade and has an MBA from Bond University in Australia. Apart from technology, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family and participating in his favorite sports, which include golf, soccer, and mountain biking.

Titilayo Adewumi   
Regional Director, SAP West Africa

Titilayo is the Managing Director of SAP West Africa. She is a high-performing technology leader who takes pride in assisting customers in moving their digital initiatives from strategy to execution by leveraging technologies such as cloud computing, ERP, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Titilayo has a BSc and an MSc in Medical Science. She is passionate about closing the digital skills gap in Africa and has championed several graduate programs and CSR projects in the region. Titilayo has over 12 years of experience in the information technology, public health, financial services, and telecommunications industries in Canada, Denmark, and Nigeria. She is most passionate about advocating for women's leadership and growth in the technology industry.

Hardeep Sound
Regional Director, SAP East Africa

Hardeep has over 22 years of experience in the ICT sector and has extensive experience assisting customers in improving business outcomes through the use of technology. Hardeep is the Managing Director of SAP East Africa, where he is in charge of driving customer-centric engagements that help customers improve their business processes and efficiencies. Hardeep has previously worked for multinational corporations such as Deloitte, Microsoft, and Oracle, with the primary goal of increasing market share and customer satisfaction. Hardeep has a background in computer science and management.

Amin Meqdadi  
Head of Midmarket, SAP Africa

Amin leads and manages the expansion of SAP's mid-market business in Africa. He responsible for finding new customers and works closely with the SAP network of regional partners to generate new business. He joined SAP in March 2013 and has held several senior positions in the Middle East and North Africa region, primarily in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining SAP, Amin worked for leading regional and international corporations in the Middle East in the technology and financial services industries. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking.

Dumisani Moyo
Marketing Director, SAP Africa

Dumi joined SAP in Jan 2020 as Head of Sales for Mid-Market and the Southern Africa region, and was promoted to Marketing Director in October 2021. He is in responsible for supporting SAP Africa's business priorities, driving value within customers' journeys, and building a world-class marketing function for the Africa region. Dumi has over 20 years of experience; prior to joining SAP, he spent 17 years at Dell and held a number of senior roles in financial services, client service, and sales. He has a BCom Honours in Marketing and an MPhil in Business Management with a focus on Responsible Leadership.

Delia Sieff  
Head of Communications, SAP Africa

Delia Sieff joined SAP in December 2018 and heads up communications for the Africa region, with responsibility for content creation, media relations, employee communications and executive communications. Prior to joining SAP, she was the Director of Communications for Microsoft Middle East Africa and Turkey; and Nokia Middle East Africa. She also headed up marketing and communications for Intel Sub-Saharan Africa and was the consumer marketing communications manager for Microsoft South Africa. Before moving into the corporate space, Delia worked for a number of PR agencies in Johannesburg and ran her own PR and Promotions Company, Purple Planet.

Ntobeko Buthelezi
Legal Counsel

Ntobeko is an attorney admitted in the High Court of South Africa. He joined SAP in October 2021 as a Senior Legal Counsel. Ntobeko has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal.  He has over 10 years Legal experience, having started his career in as a Candidate Attorney for a boutique commercial law firm. Before joining SAP, he spent over 4 years working for Massmart Holdings as their Associate General Counsel. He has extensive legal knowledge and experience in Corporate and Commercial Agreements, Intellectual Property, Technology, Public sector law and Litigation. Apart from his professional career, Ntobeko enjoys spending time with his family and watching sport, such as Soccer and cricket.

Wayne Meisel 
Business Manager, SAP Africa

Wayne was appointed Business Manager of SAP Africa in October 2019. His primary responsibilities include managing all internal and external engagement within the Office of the Managing Director. In addition, Wayne is responsible for the local strategy and special projects to support the success of the organization. Wayne joined SAP in November 2014 where he held multiple roles including leading the business operations functions across all of Africa. Prior to joining SAP, Wayne held several roles within Microsoft across Sales, Operations and Sales Excellence. He has a BSc in Mathematics and Economics with a focus on financial orientation and business management.
