All SAP customers with successful implementations of any SAP product can submit a nomination for the SAP Quality Awards for Customer Success as long as they have gone live and been in productive use between two and eighteen months prior to submission. The project size, duration and effort as well as the solution(s) in scope should be considered in order to determine the most appropriate category.
Rapid Time to Value
Two of the three criteria should be met in order to apply in this category:
- < 600 users
- < 7 months project duration
- < 1.000 person days estimated implementation effort *
Digital Pioneer
One of the two criteria should be met in order to apply in this category:
- Innovative functional use or deployment of SAP software e.g. creative solutions that solve business problems in a specific market or industry to become intelligent enterprises, implementation of an SAP Business Technology Platform product to transform businesses or customer experience, or innovation of end-to-end business processes that disrupts the way an industry has traditionally conducted business
- The deployment includes cutting edge technology e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Intelligence, Big Data, IoT, Robotic Process Automation or Blockchain
Business Transformation
Two of the three criteria should be met in order to apply in this category:
- > 500 users
- > 6 months project duration
- > 900 person days estimated implementation effort *
