An instant network is created on day one when you start the onboarding experience with a team of new hires focused on product or methodology required to successfully run SAP Projects. After completion of an intensive two week onboarding experience each new hire is assigned a customized training plan that focuses on three components: Product & Tools, Methodology and Competency Skills. Training includes classroom and virtual learning as well as experiential work. The next step takes you through shadow experiences at customers to allow you to understand how the learnings can be put into practice.  All of this is done with a strong support structure of mentors, coaches and managers guiding you along the way.

Associate Project Manager

The Project Management Associate is the entry position on the project management career path.   Project Management Associate works under direct supervision of a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.

Project Management Associate is capable of coordinating work on project deliverables and/or work packages. The Project Management Associate must have good understanding of the project management lifecycle, SAP delivery tools and methodologies. Project Management Associate is responsible to coordinate with Project Managers and project resources to provide project level support in hand-offs, global sourcing, scheduling, tracking, reporting, etc.

Project Management Associate may occasionally be directed in work, but most work is accomplished without assistance or direct oversight. Project Management Associate is well organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.

Associate Business Process Consultant
The Associate Business Process Consultant is the entry position on the Business Process Consulting career path. Associate Consultants works under direct supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager. 
The Associate Business Process Consultant participates in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies.  They focus on application and process specific solution consulting (for a specific application: support the creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, support execution of testing, go live support, and post go live support in a project implementation). They may support escalated projects, perform feasibility studies / solution reviews and support pre-sales activities. 
 
Associate Business Process Consultants also provide product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products as well as provide assistance to team members in the development and implementation of business solutions.

Associate Technical Consultant
The Associate Technical Consultant is the entry position on the Technical Consulting career path. Associate Technical Consultants works under direct supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager. 
The Associate Technical Consultant participates in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies. They focus on detailed planning of the IT Implementation and defining detailed blueprint for development requirements. Work includes IT Process implementation across all related IT-components and IT-components, specific expert consulting. They may support escalated projects, operating system and system optimization.
