“The SAP Early Talent was the spring board I needed for my career. It taught me the fundamentals of SAP and connected me with a network of peers and experts as a support system that I have utilized every step of the way. It also gave me the tools and skills I needed to connect our mission and solutions to support our Customer’s Digital Transformation. After multiple successful SAP Hybris Marketing go-lives and progressing to Business Process Senior Consultant, I was given the opportunity to be part of an SAP development program where you are encouraged to learn new areas and roles within the company. I was able to take 6-months to participate in an internal Fellowship as a Program Manager for Global Channels and General Business where I have been able to utilize my experiences from the Early Talent program to work with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams and continue my growth for the next steps in my career with SAP.”

Taylor Barsamian
Senior Consultant

“The hardest part about leaving college and starting your career is the difficulty to market yourself with little to no experience. The Early Talent program gives you a chance to start a career at an influential company, with little to no working experience. I am thankful every day that I work for SAP, and the knowledge I have learned and continue to learn every single day keeps my career moving in a positive direction. The Early Talent program has given me a fast track to advancements. Currently, I am a Senior Consultant moving towards Principle and my goal of a management position at SAP is getting closer to fruition.”

Jason Scanlon
Senior Consultant

“SAP’s Early Talent Program is a phenomenal program for young professionals who are eager to learn and work hard to achieve mutual success. It provided me with the training, foundational knowledge, skills, mentoring, and coaching to jump start my career at SAP and helped prepare me for the multiple roles I’ve held in just over 5 years. I started with SAP as a Graduate Intern before moving into the Early Talent Program as an Associate Project Manager. I worked my way up to a Project Manager at one of our top accounts before transitioning into my current role in Digital Business Services Sales as the Client Partner on the same account. My experience in the Early Talent Program was invaluable as I learned how SAP runs, built my network, familiarized myself with our products and solutions, and how as a team we help the world run better and improve people’s lives and our customers run at their best. “

Andrew Maher
Client Partner

“Starting out at such a large company can be overwhelming, but the Early Talent Program provides a fantastic foundation and sets you up for success right from the beginning. SAP and the ET program truly care about each employee and offer a work environment that is filled with constant support and facilitates both personal and professional growth. It is because of these aspects of the program that I was able to achieve the goal of becoming a Project Manager, that I had set for myself when I first started.”
